Unfortunately I had the bad experience of Samsonites bad return policy, I especifically went to a luggage store to get a quality item, upon the first time using mine and within the first month of buying it the zipper broke, went to the store, just for them to tell me that my luggage could be fixed BUT I would have to pay for it, when their product clearly was defective in the first place. Why would you charge your client for your default item? Spend your money wherelse.
