Ben provided exceptional customer support during my recent visit. I had luggage requiring repairs and submitted an RMA online which in turn Ben provided excellent service. His knowledge regarding Samsonite’s products was excellent and he was extremely helpful addressing my questions about additional items in the store. Ben is a huge Samsonite asset. Thank you.
