I have been a loyal customer for Samsonite and have been using this brand for past 10yrs. However, I just bought a luggage bag from Samsonite in Greatmall Milpitas (my 1st time buying here). The sale lady is very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I managed to buy the bag that best matched my need. However, the problem is the rude and horrible manager. This should be a 0 star rating for him as I cannot rate 0 star here. I realized I lost my receipt when I was loading the bag to my car and went in the mall to trace it but to no avail. So I decided to go back the shop to ask for a reprint on the receipt for a purchase I just made 5-10min ago. The manager came out and has this bossy tone and questioned my purchase.. etc I feel offended as a customer. He said I was “lucky” to be able to get the receipt reprint. I confronted him upfront that he has a very bad customer service and was very rude to me. I am sorry to say this but this is my first and last purchase here. He ain’t qualify to be a manager with this low level of quality.

My suitcase broke on first use. The wheel locked up completely and the rubber was worn from me dragging it through Italy. I took into the company store for warranty repair. $20 fee for shipping! Buyer beware. Samsonite customer no more. The folks at the store were very kind and polite.

One of the staff was really rude and impatient. We were just quietly looking around without bothering anyone, but she kept coming over and asking if we were going to buy something, with a bad attitude. It made the whole experience very unpleasant.

Very disappointing that they don’t have an e-receipt system so if you don’t save the paper receipt you cannot return or exchange. Otherwise a nice store.
