  Avoid this store – terrible service! I bought a backpack here for $100, only to find it was too small to even fit a laptop. When I tried to return it, they refused, saying it had to be “brand new with tags.” How is anyone supposed to know if a product works without trying it? That policy is ridiculous. One particular sales agent (the one who helped me during my visit — mentioning this so you know who I mean) was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of listening, he kept making excuses and even suggested I should just keep the bag unused “with tags intact” — basically meaning once you buy here, you’re stuck. Completely unprofessional attitude. The prices here are also higher than what you’d pay online or at Macy’s. If you want real quality and customer service, walk five minutes to TUMI — much better designs and staff who actually care. This place is a scammy outlet. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

  Exquisite suitcases and nice staff make this a great place. My outline pro has great quality and performance. The high prices for the ones made in Europe are fortunately outweighed by the positives
