  Great customer service! We love our Samsonite luggage but unfortunately during our past few trips - the baggage belt snagged some of the wheels and zippers. I brought our pieces to the outlet store and couldn't of had an easier or better experience. Jerry was amazing, helpful and made the repair process drop off a breeze. He was so kind and we had a great conversation as he helped me prepare the short forms for each piece to be sent off. Can't wait to get our luggage back to our house for our next trips this fall!

  Friendly staff. They have some good prices on merchandise if you can't wait for online stores to ship. You can find the majority of their products online for a much cheaper price.

  Tommy and Bill are very straightforward and honest regarding what luggage set we should purchase. Their company repair service was EXCELLENT and very prompt. I/we wouldn't hesitate to return there for more luggage. Thanks guys!
