  I have shopped at this store a number of times and am really, really happy with their products, honesty and service. I travel heavily and the airlines really put my luggage to the test. Anytime my Samsonite product fails to meet the products quality standards of the company, they are quick to address the problems. They have a customer for life.

  The staff was polite and knowledgeable. All of the display bags had cosmetic bags included. Since I didn't want a display bag that a million people touched, I pulled the one I wanted from the back of the row of bags, and unfortunately the cosmetic bag wasn't in there. I didn't find out until I got home. The salesman even prepped the bags for us and didn't say anything. Triple check your purchase before you leave the store....
