  Highly recommend the Samsonite store in Arundel Mills the staff there are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They not only helped me through all their warranty procedures over the phone, but they were even nicer in person, and made whole process and transaction such a pleasant one! I’ll continue getting Sam‘s night luggage from this location. -Abigail A.

  Every time I need quality luggage and outstanding service, I head straight to this location. The store is always beautifully organized, with a fantastic selection of top-tier luggage. I consistently receive stellar service, and my latest visit was no exception. Huge thanks to Jason for helping me find the perfect addition to my set!!!

  I’ve been meaning to write this review for a month, but I got busy while traveling. I came into this store to return luggage that I had bought a day prior bc it was not exactly what I needed. I think the two gentlemen who helped me out were named Jason and Lee or Huyn maybe? (I’m worried I have their names wrong bc it’s been a month since I was in.) Anyway, these guys were so sweet and helpful to me and my husband. I was looking specifically for a carryon that would fit my 17 inch laptop, and they diligently helped me find exactly what I needed. I ended up buying two pieces of luggage bc it was a good deal and because I liked them so much. I appreciate that they made my return very easy. Gentlemen, if I got your names wrong, I’m sorry. I hope you know who you are. I just want to say thank you for helping me find my carryon. It’s been serving me well!
