  Sammons installed a pump in our family cottage 13 years ago and today (a Friday) it stopped. We called at noon and they came over as soon as they were done with lunch and fixed it. Amazing. Our weekend was saved!

  Sammons installed my last water heater in 2006 and it just died—they diagnosed the problem via iPhone video 10 minutes after I called late afternoon. The next morning Wade was over examining and the decision was made to replace the unit which was promptly installed within a day (old one was still working, just noisy). The kid they sent over was a gem—professional and he knew what he was doing.
