There were no other customers at the time, which was a bit concerning. I ordered a picanha cachapa, and it was unfortunately very disappointing. The cheese had a strange taste, the cachapa itself wasn’t good, and it became overly greasy from the picanha. The meat didn’t taste like authentic picanha, or at least not a good quality one. When the bill arrived, the total for one picanha cachapa, one picanha bowl, and two cokes was $65, with an 18% gratuity automatically added without any notice. Who are you to say how much should tip? I understand if there were a lot of people for that table but really? Just 2 that even helped to clean up? You guys have a lack of respect for your customers when you do this. Between the poor food quality, odd smell, and high prices, I won’t be returning. 100% not recommended.
