After having insurance with Geico for many years we recently switched to State Farm. When shopping for prospective new companies I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda here in Pooler. She was very courteous and prompt with our quotes for a bundle package (new home and auto). She made herself available for questions and we always felt at ease with her. We made the switch in early Sep 2025. Since then, I have had the pleasure of also interacting with Lucy, another very pleasant and helpful young lady who works in the local office. We needed to clear up a couple of minor issues with the new policies and Lucy was very responsive and cleared the issues immediately. It is nice to have them in our corner. Both of these ladies are great ambassadors for Sam Sharpe and State Farm Insurance.

When FEMA's new system got my flood insurance coverage completely wrong, Jenny Kennedy @ the Sharpe agency went OTT and spent over an hour on the phone with them in order to verify that they had fixed BIG problem.

No, A policy number is an alpha-numeric code unique to each individual policy at State Farm. An account number is a 10-digit number associated with a State Farm Payment Plan.

Can I complete the process without an agent?
