  Had an emergency when my old pool filter canister band assembly snapped! Called and was able to bring it in the same day, and it was fixed in 10 minutes! A month later and it's still holding up. I can't thank this place enough for helping me out!

  Horrible customer service!!! I call and a guy barely talked with me and hang up the phone on me !!! Very unprofessional!!! I’ll never do any service with this company

  Terrible customer service. We were told they would come out to give an estimate at noon. They didn't come til after 2pm (and after WE called them). Then we're told they won't do the work for us because they can sense our "frustration". Really?! Just bad business...
