All I can say is wow and I should have knew better. Took my blower over there to get them to clean it up and get it running for me because I didn't have time and second time I've been told that the motor is no good only to get it back to my shop and to get it running on my own and realize they didnt even put my air filter back in. I advise against using them for anyone or for anything. If I could add a video on here of it running I will show you that I have it running.

So far I’m not sure but it’s not looking so good! I just moved to Dothan and I dropped my mower off last Wednesday. Today makes it over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. When I try to call no one will answer. I stay extremely busy and do t have the time to drive back and forth to check on my mower.

First, they rarely answer the phone so forget about checking how many MONTHS before you get your mower back. Second, they take forever to repair anything. Took them 9 weeks to finally repair mine. You won't save any money because you will have to pay someone to mow your lawn the 2 to 3 months he will keep it. I went back to SunSouth for any repairs on my John Deere mower and they usually have it back in less than 1 week. There is no customer service since they don't answer the phone. Avoid this place at all cost.

Ok I’ll start by saying it’s my fault for going back. I had a small push mower that was a couple years old that I couldn’t get to stay running. I took it to Sam’s Small engine to get fixed. Took FOREVER to fix, couldn’t get anyone on the phone and when I finally got it back it was about $80. They didn’t test run it, as I was told “ we are too busy to start them and test run them” two days later it blew up. Literally split the engine in half. Against my better judgement I took to already running weed eaters to get some fuel line, fuel filters and primer bulbs put on. I dropped them off on Friday and was told they’d be ready Monday. Almost 3 weeks and 15+ unanswered calls later and only one was done (ish). I was told the other would be done by this past Monday 6/23, it wasn’t! They replaced fuel line and filter on one and no primer bulbs on either. I was on my way to work the morning I picked them up and didn’t realize they didn’t put the bulb on the “fixed” one until later that afternoon. $40 for 5 inches of tube and a filter. A ten minute job that wasn’t completed in almost 3 weeks later and they screwed me on the one they over charged me for. Needless to say but I won’t be back and I’ll be actively advising people not to.
