  Called in. 30 mins for the Pizza to be cooked and the Pizza was not cooked, Raw crust. This was far from a NY pizza. The worst.

  Delicious food. I recommend the stromboli, the chicken parmesan and eggplant Parmesan dinners as well as the pizza. I also adore the tiramisu. Only thing I don't recommend are the zepolis (oily) and the tomato caprese (small). Everything else has been delicious and amazing though and I order frequently.

  I'm from New York, this slop is nothing like New York Italian food. It was greasy, oily and tasteless. Never again!! I had to post one star to send.

  Great pizza, great garlic knots, and a great stromboli! We’ve used Sam’s for parties or a dinner when we don’t want to cook. The online rewards program on their website is great. Tonight was a free ($20) large Italian stromboli! Thanks Sam’s!

  Don't order from this place if you have a schedule to keep. They will tell you one time and then when you show up to pick it up at that time they will tell you they are "a bit behind" and will need another 20 minutes. Rather than offering any sort of compensation or even a soda while I wait, I get to sit in their unairconditioned lobby while a party of hungry 8 year olds are chomping at the bit for their birthday dinner. Think I would have learned after the first time it happened I wouldnt come back. If you want mediocre pizza (2 stars) come to Sam's new york pizza where you'll at least sweat off the pizza you are about to eat.
