Absolutely HORRIBLE service!! Placed a call to order a simple steak sub. You cld tell the employee on the phone was new. I had to repeat my order 4 times and was hoping he took it down correctly. He told me it wld be ready in 20 mins. When I got there to pick it up it was utter caios inside. Another customer was there with me at the same time and we were conversing on how bad it was. I waited another 20 mins for the sub. You could tell the young boys in the back making the subs were confused and asking each other questions on what they were making (not sure if they were all new employees). I finally got my order and left. When I opened it up I looked inside to make sure it was right, of course it was wrong and missing 3 items I ordered. I brought the sub back inside and explained to another employee that the sub was wrong. He stated he was a new employee and asked the boys in the back if they cld make me another sub. They said it wld be a while because they were busy. I explained I couldn't wait any longer and asked if they can remake it and deliver it. Again he said it wld be a long time and I'd have to now pay for delivery. Meanwhile NO apologies from anyone just utter confusion. That same new employee called the Manager / "owner" Dina who asked him to look at the slip to make sure it said what was missing on the sub and he confirmed to her it did. She then asked him if he has the sub and he said, yes she brought it back...just WOW! Anyway she told him to tell me she would refund me later that evening. I called back that evening to speak w Dina and they said shes not coming in, and they were arguing w eachother on the phone on what they were going to tell me as I cld clearly hear the conversation. I was told Dina will call me back tomorrow. I was concerned about my refund with new employees and no manager there! The next day I called back and talked to another rude employee, Melissa. I asked to speak to the Manager Dina and she stated she was not there again. I asked for the owner, and she stated Dina was the owner and they, "all know who I am and Dina is aware of the situation and will be calling me back and giving me my refund." Still no call back. As an "owner" and/or manager just like she answered the phone quickly when her employee called her about the issue, she should have called me, the customer back. I will NEVER order another thing from that place again. Worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. No apologies, rude, and no call back from the Manager. It wasn't even about the refund or the mistake but more about how terrible the customer service is and the lack of caring from not only the employees, but the owner/manager as well.

Well the food was good. Got the $10.00 cold sub and a drink. Ordered it and was alone. Nice gentleman told me I could wait in the dining room. I asked for it to be wrapped, as I was planning on taking half of it home
Four ladies and a gentleman were also in the dining room. I presume they had already eaten, but were discussing some sort of athletics, which I presume their children were in. The gentleman who took my order came out shortly after I sat down and profusely apologized and said he wasn't aware the dining room closed at 7:00. I felt bad for him and told him that was fine, but told me i could wait there until my sub was done and it would be brought out. Just minutes later, the owner came out and quite rudely asked if I was waiting for something. I said "yes, a ham sub". She replied, "it's up front you can grab it, but the dining room is closed". She then walked over to the other 5 people and told there were tables outside but you will have to leave the dining room now. This was all about 7:05 p.m. I will never return. Soccer Sam should look into this.
