  Would not honor my rewards for 50 points for a slice because they increased a slice to 100 points for a slice!! I keep coming here for my son but i really hate this place is unprofessional. Order a slice come in they make you choose a different slice then whats on my order. Told me we not making more slices especially for 1 order of a slice. 2ndly embarrassed me about thw price in from of ppl this location will not see another penny from me. The weird gittery manager wouldn’t honor a slice of pizza. Left You A Bbb Review on all the Salvatores Pizzas in Rochester. Nobody left complaints on BBB now you got them on Bbb now!!

  The only reason I’m leaving this review is because this was for a birthday party and I spent almost $200 otherwise I probably wouldn’t have been so bothered by it, so the first issue was that the pizza slid in transit and was stuck to the box, secondly when asked did I want to tip the driver over the phone I said yes add $10, I was then charged for a $14.51 tip that I didn’t agree to on top of taxes and other fees, I asked for Buffalo chicken pizza and that’s not what it looked or tasted like and there wasn’t much cheese on either pizza I also had bad experiences with the S. Clinton location so maybe it’s time to take my business elsewhere

  The guy did not speak clearly. Toppings were skimpy at best and the best place to sit was outside. I love their 10 dollar deals but this store needs renovation. The henretta Salvatore saloon is 5 stars. This place was disappointing.

  I ordered pizza and wings on 19 July 2025. They told me it was gonna be 45 minutes after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes speaking with a guy that can’t speak. English kept on putting me on hold all I was asking for was an ETA on the delivery. He could not give me an ETA. I asked to speak for a manager. The manager was nowhere to be found. I said did the pizza leave the pizzeria? He couldn’t answer that question either. This is the second chance that I gave them and it happened at my grandson’s house and I had to feed him. The first time was in the winter time again it was a long time before the driver showed up. The driver showed up parked on The road and proceeded to get the pizza out of the passenger side of the car and dropped it in the snowbank. These people should not own a pizzeria because they do not have any kind of customer service or even how to run a business I can’t believe that soccer Sam would sell these people a franchise. Corporate will get a call on Monday. The pizza and wings still haven’t gotten delivered. I drove to the pizzeria and demanded I get a refund. When I got to the pizzeria, four people were waiting for their stuff and they told them maximum amount of time About their time also it’s taking longer than what it does. They’re telling me they’re busy, but they’re not putting out any food. I read your response. My issue is they could not give me an ETA when the Pizza and Wings were going to be delivered. Or even if the were with the driver. (Left the building to be delivered) The person that answered the phone said I don't understand English. I ask to speak to a manager, He responded there is no manager here, then he put me on hold for over 15 mins. I am a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer that way. You really need to do something over at that location. I order from the Hilton Location almost every day. They are here every time on time. You can call the owner at Hilton he knows me. I hope you correct that cluster at the Ridge Rd store.
