My poor pup Penny is not doing well and her prognosis isn't what I wanted but I do appreciate Dr. Shulte and the staff for taking the time they did. The walk-in appointment did not feel rushed, was well explained, and gave me a chance to ask questions. I know my dogs illness will force me to make a dreadful decision soon and I hope this will be the place I can bring her.
