  We walked in **host is on the phone texting.** We are leaving the establishment from an event “Could we grab a table?” Host: “Yall gonna have to order within 4 mins before the kitchen closes.” I think there’s a better way to say this and or just let us sit down and let the serve tell us to order asap. I’ve worked in restaurants and I don’t think I’d come back even for an event!

  This place made me legitimately nostalgic for when nice dinners with a calm and inviting atmosphere didn’t have to charge you $$. The food was so fresh the service was amazing and people dressed up to be there. I genuinely don’t understand the negative reviews

  Food was great, service was LACKING for a Saturday evening. Took a while to have hostess greet and seat us and about another 5 minutes for waiter to acknowledge & rush us through ordering. Tried to go upstairs to take pics (after asking staff if we could) and we were immediately asked to leave the rooftop section because of a private event.

  Hours are not accommodating, however my date and I decided to travel to this restaurant anyways based on reviews and how long the establishment has been around. Inside is welcoming even though most guests were seated right at the door. We started with the zucchini chips; they were very bland and less than seasoned. When we asked for dipping sauce such as ranch, the waitress stated that they had none but marinara was an option, I’m sure they had plenty. We ordered our main course, both dishes contained pasta (of course), they were both very starchy. The Parmesan chicken tasted like my teen made it and again, less than seasoned. There are so many Italian options that surpass this spot. For the price paid, my date and I will go somewhere else

  This place has so much potential but the General Manager Victor is the culprit keeping it from being great! He’s unapologetic, combative, could care less about the customers and does not give two bits about the quality of food! We planned two weeks in advance to come and try this TikTok famous Italian food!!! We saw the giant cheese wheel and was sold! The skyline view the ambiance!! Couldn’t wait!! Drug all off of family and friends from far west Godley for my daughters Birthday!!! We didn’t get our reservation for 16 seated for over an hour! We were told we’d need two servers and would be seated at separate tables with 2 different servers. We were fine as long as we weren’t forced to do family style dining. They said parties over 10 had to do family style. We had a table of 7 young adults and 9 grown folks… They didn’t ever take our order for 45 minutes! They had already delivered the young adults appetizers by the time they decided to take our order…, We were talking enjoying ourselves taking it in stride… taking photos…. For over an hour and still no food for the grown folks! We asked our server and she told us the Gm told her to wait to put in our ticket!!! The young adults were finished with their food!!! My nephew had a hair in his food when they delivered the plate btw! They just remade the plate. I think… They probably just removed the hair and poured more sauce! The fact that they remade his plate, served him, and he finished eating and our table STILL HAD NOT BEEN SERVED! They brought the pasta wheel for their table and did the presentation…. That was the WORST PASTA ever! One big clump of hard cheese!!! The dish was made with noodles and pasta water! No seasoning no sauce no cream! They topped it a sprinkle of parsley!! So gross! The pork chop my son had was a beautiful presentation and tasted okay was pretty tough… but it comes with the grossest potato substance I’d ever tasted!! Horrible! Still no plates… It’s 9:45 and I notice our server is crying over by the register… I get up to ask what is wrong and she said she had our tables timed together and the GM told her to wait to turn in our ticket! I told her we’d take care of her well. But people want to cancel their meal! We needed to cut the cake!!! The plan was to go upstairs after a nice dinner and have cocktails and cake with the Dallas skyline!!! My disabled sister couldn’t go up because their elevator was broken!!! I cannot make this up…. When we got up there, we set the cake and gifts on a table and the server told us “we needed to move somewhere else to do all that “ I told him this was arranged! He said “they were trying to close!!” Y’all I’m telling you don’t waste your time or money here! Crazy to me I still spent 100.00 to pay for a couple of the young adult meals and appetizers, we left hungry!! Crazy they ruined my daughter’s birthday! Crazy they offered zero apologies!! Unacceptable on so many levels!! He told me in advance parties over ten are family style! So we trimmed our numbers down and sat apart so we could all order what we wanted! He told me we’d be fine if I was okay with two servers! I agreed!! Never again!! Terrible! Toxic management! The server was blown away at his behavior…
