We had a good stay we will never return and the reason is the scent that they spray at the lobby bar area and the outside of the building toward the parking elevators. Very overwhelming perfume so if you are sensitive to smells and perfumes this is not for you. I have severe migraines and this place was very uncomfortable. One more thing that made us not like this place was the pet policy. A tag on our door saying a pet stayed there made us feel icky. We tried to get a drink twice at the bar and was not fun with the smell and the very high level of the music, impossible to have a conversation with the live music on a open concept bar like this one. The location is good not too far from the museums and downtown-third ward. Every one we dealt with was super nice. Shout out to Lennox. We had an issue with the parking and I texted him but I had no signal so I had to call and it was a hot mess but he got us through.

This jewel is located in the theatre district in Milwaukee (a couple blocks away from Old St. Mary's Catholic Church). I stopped in for brunch at the Saint Kate Hotel and stepped inside the Studio restaurant for brunch. I ordered the egg white omlette and substituted the potatoes for the grits. It was amazing. Don't forget to ask for Ruben and order the bay breeze mocktail.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Love that when you check in they give you a glass of wine. The bar downstairs is a vibe and stays busy but did not disturb the quietness when I was in my room. Loved the art area in the hotel, I got to meet a local artist. This hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores within walkable distance. I parked the rental car and basically walked everywhere.

If you’re staying in Milwaukee, The Saint Kate Hotel is an excellent choice. It’s prime location downtown, and has culture, comfort, and convenience. Getting There Getting to the hotel from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is simple and budget-friendly. Just head to the ground transportation area and hop on the Green Line bus. For only $2, it drops you off right across the street from the hotel Art, Events, and Atmosphere Saint Kate isn’t your average hotel. It’s an art hotel, with rotating exhibits, creative installations, and an artsy vibe throughout the entire building. They frequently host live events at the hotel bar, which is perfect for networking or meeting new people in a relaxed, stylish setting. Rooms and Amenities The rooms are very clean, thoughtfully designed, and well maintained. The hotel also offers a mobile app that allows for keyless check in and room access, which is a great modern touch. That said, I did run into some issues with the mobile remote not working properly, which was a bit frustrating and required manual assistance. Location Location wise, Saint Kate is right in the heart of it all , next to the historic Pabst Theatre and within walking distance of both downtown Milwaukee and the Third Ward. While everything is fairly accessible on foot, you might want to grab an Uber depending on the weather or your schedule. Room Service & Dining One downside during my stay was the lack of vegan options on the room service menu. For a hotel of this caliber and creativity, I expected more inclusive food choices, especially with the growing demand for plant-based diets.
