  We rented a condo at Treasure Island through VRBO that this company manages. The unit was dirty when we got there. Walk on the floor barefoot and your feet turn black. There was dried food on the silverware. The coffee pot was filthy. I had to call them to get my check-in instructions after they told the owner they had sent it. They had to send them to me “manually” and I finally got them. I noticed that they showed a check out time of 9:00AM when the unit was advertised on VRBO for a 10:00AM checkout. When I notified them of their mistake they sent an email back telling us if we weren’t out by 9:00AM they would have to charge us by the hour. They also added ways we could pay them to stay later. I had to send them a screenshot of the VRBO listing and contact the owner for them to acknowledge their mistake. My wife and I go to PCB 2-3 times a year. We’ll be steering clear of any unit this company manages.

  This will be my first and last time booking with them. Upon arrival no access code to get in the room I had to call the host to get.I couldn't get in the gym due to a leak. I did not get my complimentary tickets due to them not being loaded on the site to access. It's just been issue after issue! The room was ok but not cleaned properly. I had a better experience at a motel! The elevators were always busy thank goodness I was just on the 3rd floor. The stay at the LakeTown Wharf was not enjoyable. I dont advise to book.

  We stayed at the Grand Panama unit 1-408 with Sailaway Vacation Rentals the week of 10-5/10-10-25 the unit was full of mold and mildew, the carpets, bedding, furniture was all wet to the touch. Called Sailaway Vacation Rentals and they did come right out and changed the bedding and cleaned the mold off the walls but just a few hours after cleaning the strong smell of mildew was back. Day 2 we had ants all over the kitchen countertops and in our cereal and cake that we had to throw out, called Sailaway Vacation Rentals again they got someone out and sprayed for the ants. We usually come every year to Grand Panama and have a great time but this time not so much.
