  We were so impressed with Sean at Safeway. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We called initially for a cleaning and inspection. After viewing the inside of our chimney we found out we had many cracks in the mortar and in some spots the mortar was missing, which could have caused a fire. Sean worked with us to determine what our options were and to schedule a date 4 months out because it was most convenient for us. The day of work Sean and Joe arrived and covered all our carpeting and wore shoe covers and were very respectful of our home. When they were done they cleaned the area very well. Thank you Sean and Joe for making our fireplace safe again! Definitely a first class company who we will use for years to come.

  Had Sean come out to service our fireplace. Decided to go with an insert and we’re so happy we did. Communication was great from our first phone call with Janet until the installation. Love our new fireplace and highly recommend Safeway!!

  We recently had a chimney/furnace project done in our home. Riley and his team did a fantastic job! Worked safely inside our home with masks, shoe coverings to protect our floors and carpet. This was a big project, and the guys did a good clean up job as well. We would highly recommend Riley and his team.

  It turned out to be a more difficult job than originally thought but they kept at it and completed it successfully to my satisfaction. Everyone was very courteous and caring as well. 12/27 Had a fire in the fireplace all day for Christmas and it performed better than it ever has in the last 17 years. Had a great draft up the chimney and no smoke at all (like previously) in the condo unit. Great Job!

  Horrible. Worker arrived nearly 30 mins late. Worker didn't apologize nor acknowledge it. When I called the company to voice my complaint, they just apologized and didn't offer any further accomodations for the inconvenience of my time. Would not recommend at all.
