I didn’t go to work and took the day off just for this for him not to show. I called customer service just for Laura to tell me her whole life story and ran out the clock until 5pm and they pushed me to Kamisha who said they can’t do anything because it’s after work hours when it wasn’t my fault I called at 430. Taking our business somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would because they didn’t do anything.
- ZPZachary PageAug 6, 20251.0Let’s see where to start. Had an appointment yesterday 12 to 430 technician no call no showed call the complaint this morning. Set me up with another technician. Just got a text from him oh, I’m running late. I won’t be there till 530 or six even though they told me 12 to 430 today so they have disabled the truck for two days now for about five hours a day so it’s 10 hours waiting on a window wouldn’t waste your time going here or calling this company. Take it to an actual glass shop.
