The service tech, Mark, that came to my house to change my windshield gave me a call around 30 mins before he arrived and before he got started, he explained to me how much time I needed to wait before I could drive or wash my truck after. He finished removing the old windshield and installing the new one in around 45 mins. There were no scratches, damage, or mess at all in the exterior or interior of my truck. He also helped me move my FasTrak device from the old windshield to the new one. I would definitely use Safelite again if I had to replace my windshield.

Once Phillip completed the repair, I was amazed to see that the chip/crack was barely noticeable!
