- GBGary BowersSep 1, 20255.0Easy to schedule, and the installation, attention to detail and overall work is outstanding. I have had 4 windshields replaced. The first and second time I used Safelite, (2 different cars). I had no problems at all. The third time a few years later, I went to another shop due to a low bid after a referral from my mechanic, and they jacked up the trim around my windshield. Also, the way it was installed at the other place made it chip easier which led to a huge crack spanning the whole windshield top to bottom. So after that, I just went to safelite again. As always, it was perfect. I shouldn’t even be surprised at this point after 3 experiences that I’d rate 10/10. Props to the Draper location.

I had to make work & home arrangements for their 5-hour window arrival time to ensure I would be available. Only to receive a phone call same day of the appointments to be told they had to cancel. Very nonchalant, and no reason. The prices are extremely ridiculously expensive. I wish my insurance company didn't do business with them. I will look elsewhere and if needed, change auto insurance too. I will not deal with this company ever.

Called, made an appointment and their rep selected the wrong glass so they had to push me off another week for their mistake. In the end their customer service person cancelled our appointment all together and tried to tell us that there was nobody else we could speak with. Customer service is dead at safelite and I will be supporting locale now instead of convenience. Terrible customer service and avoid at all cost.
