Got my quote online, dropped off and paid. Everything was fine but when I paid I assumed it was the original quote, I was in a hurry and a number was never mentioned. An additional charge was made for more than the windshield itself. It was for a camera recalibration, I have since received a call from Toyota telling me my front camera is not working. I have called this location twice as well as customer service and been told a manager would follow up with me.... nothing its been a week now.

I have WAY too many visits from this team because my windshield is a rock-magnet. I've had them fix chips and replace the windshield entirely because of too many rock chips and with each visit they have been prompt, professional, skilled, and expedient. I can't ask for anything more!
After contacting safelite for a windshield repair I was told that It didnt need to be fixed due to it being cosmetic and I would be refunded. Here we are 2 weeks later with still no refund and according to their call center this location is NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. I was told id get an invoice showing no repairs were done and issued a refund nothing. Do not go to the location make the drive somewhere else .
Had to reschedule 3 times due to safelite not having my factory glass. Then when they said they had it they still installed after market garbage and tried to still charge me extra for after market not FORD glass. WTH Then scuffed my dash in several places.
Will never us or recommend them EVER!!!

Great experience. George, the tech that I had was great, handled everything smoothly and took care of everything. The ONLY downside was the window of time they should’ve shown up which was between 12PM and 4:30PM. He didn’t arrive till about 4:50PM and I wasn’t notified he was possibly running late - while he didn’t take long and I wasn’t in a rush, a heads would’ve been helpful for someone who’s anxious like me. But that’s on me, not him or Safelite
