I was there for about 2.5 hrs for a windshield replacement. I only had to pay $50 for insurance deductible, although the full cost will eventually reflect in my insurance rate going up.
- _________________4 days ago5.0I’ve use satellite several times. My experience has always been good. They ask if I want Original manufacturer glass EVERY time! I’ve used Ressler and they stick some knock off brand and say that company makes Lexus/ Toyota glass and don’t even give the option and then on my first visit they had the glue leaking out the rear view mirror. Whereas Safelite got it right every time I used them. That’s why I love using Safelite.

Yet you can fly a plane across the world and get a better time tolerance than 4 hours. No contact was made to let me know they were running behind. No apology for the delay. Would be negative stars and I’d send them a bill for my wasted time. Customer service hung up on me, interrupted me multiple times. Always assumed they were the most important person on planet earth. I’ve reached out to my insurance company with a complaint as well and will be making another with the BBB. The only reason there are stars on this review is because the tech was at least friendly.

Just wished they would have told us that or texted telling us when the windshield would be completed. We wasted 6hrs waiting waiting around and finally went home and had to drive back to get it the next day some 56 miles. Windshield itself seems fine just poor communication of time to receive the car fixed.
