- ESEric Sehr3 days ago1.0Scheduling and the install went pretty good. My concern is the installer did not have the RainX I ordered and said he had to reduce the price by that amount. He charged me the reduced amount; however, later that day Safelite canceled that charge and charged me the full amount. I called to have it changed and was told they would. Then they charged me for reduced amount too…meaning I have now paid twice and their less than orders service and have not been able to get a refund. The other issue is I had a sticky residue all over my steering wheel and a plastic piece that went in my review mirror that was not put back together correctly. I am forced to dispute with the CC company since Safelite has not fixed.
- TGTanya Garay3 days ago4.0Scheduling was easy, cust service rep was delightful. Tech was ok and actual quality of service not so much. Before he even started the work he told me that it might cause more cracks and he couldn’t fix any chips that didn’t have cracks. The one chip he fixed is gone, however there is still a small crack. I’ve used safelight for many years and this is the first time I’ve experienced this. Not sure what to think.

Renee was so kind and Brandon and Jerry kept me informed the whole time as to what they were doing and how the repairs were going. Even though the experience of having my windshield cracked wasn’t great, the fact that everyone at Safelite was so accommodating, kind, helpful and willing to communicate openly helped make the replacement process go a lot smoother. Thank you!

We had Cody and Doug and they were courteous, very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job!!!! So easy to use the website and both techs kept in close contact with when they would be there.

Set an appointment, got there a few minutes early to drop it off, was updated through out the entire process. They were able to start working on it a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and finished it up sooner than the expected delivery time. Top notch in my opinion. I’ve never had a bad experience with Safelite yet! Keep up the good work over there ladies and gentlemen.
