We had my wife's Lincoln Cosair's windshield done last year shortly before changes insurance companies and it was through Caliber and it sucked. The whole process was a mess and the glass had imperfections in it and despite several calls no one contacted us. Well, now Safelite will get to replace it since it cracked right where I pointed out a blemish in the glass. A rock hit it just below there and it took off across the windshield. Safelite did an awesome job on my trucks driver's side glass. It got hit by a rock from the landscapers cutting grass across the street, I guess. I don't know what else would have cause that type of spider cracking while it was sitting in the street. At any rate, great job!!!!

The video said that all of my car windows would be cleaned after the windshield replacement… They were not. The video also stated that the car would be vacuumed up of debris after the Installation… It was not. There was dirt and debris all over my dashboard, fingerprints all over my rearview mirror, glass on both front seats, and mud all over my floor mats. I had to literally pick the glass up off of my seat before I could sit in the car to drive. I immediately went to the car wash to clean up my car after they said they would clean it up. Disappointed.
