the technician was late… it was a small chip to be filled in on a 6 month old car . i have had probably had 4 or 5 chips filled over the years with absolutely no problems but this guy managed to crack the windshield instead of fixing it so now i have to pay my deductible and have them put in a new windshield - not happy at all
Easy to schedule, The install looks good.
Job was done as scheduled. Handled the insurance claim well.
I dropped my truck off at their location.
Could not get anyone on the phone to answer a simple question. They really pushed wiper blade replacement. Told me they were Bosch blades, Listed on the invoice as Safelite.

I had a huge crack from lower right corner that extended up and down like a heart beat that went into my left side middle shield from a pebble falling from a construction 🚧 truck. .ughh.

The service was good and expeditious. However, I was a little surprised by the fact that when I inspected his work, he placed the inspection sticker back as originally on the damaged windshield, but left off my membership sticker for Scrub a Dub. I had to remind him to put this back on my windshield and he pulled it from his truck and did as I asked. I found this to be quite odd and is the reason for my rating. I felt like he was trying to take something that wasn’t his.By the way, I shouldn’t have to inform the technician to put everything back on the windshield as originally found. This is common sense on my part and as far as I am concerned, the decision to decide what gets placed back on the windshield should NOT be left to the technician. I am editing my review as a result of this rather careless remark.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The service went very well. My only concern is that once I picked my car up and started driving, I noticed my light was on that indicated one of my doors was open. It ended up being that the staff that worked on my car did not close my hood all the way, which could have ended very poorly. Please take this into consideration.
