The place was no frills, business oriented. The guy at the desk was matter of fact-type helpful, but they got the job done quickly and efficiently so that's what matters. They don't offer a ride home but nothing that an uber can't help with. Good experience all around.

Seriously worst company ever. I called for an at home service appointment for a small chip in my windshield. I was scheduled between 8:00AM and 1:30PM. The tech never showed up so we called at 1:30. The system did not recognize our info, however I had the confirmation number and was told the tech was running behind and would be there by 3PM or earlier. At 3:30PM I called again and spoke to several people including someone name Rob who said he contacted the tech and they had 2 more stops before us. The tech, Avery finally showed up at 5:30 saying that she had the wrong number and could not contact us. This is after being told the store contacted her twice for an ETA and she didn’t bother to tell them she had the wrong number and simply blamed the issue on her Asst. Mgr Rob who she said also told her it was an afternoon appt. not the slot we were given in our confirmation. To make matters worse she proceeds to tell us that if she does the repair there is a 50/50 chance that the windshield will crack and she does not ave a replacement on the truck. Avery also stated if successful, the hole would be larger and would look like a bug splatter afterwards. Who in their right mind would ever have Safelite repair a windshield after hearing this?!?! I asked why Safelite does not tell customers this important fact when booking an appointment and she said they leave that to the techs. Also told us we should not have left the car in the sun. Maybe advance notice would help Safelite!! We told her we would not have the service performed and thanked her for wasting our last day stuck at home before our daughter leaves for college. Ridiculous waste of a day!!
