  Safelite provided excellent service! The technician was extremely friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. The job was estimated to take 3 hours but was completed perfectly in just 2. Their flexible payment options make repairs affordable, and the insurance claim process was simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  This shop was amazing. I had a 8am appointment and I arrived a almost 20mins early than should have but they checked me in with the verification of vehicle they had it in the shop with a few minutes. The online estimate a 2hour work time but it was ready in an hour. After they finished the technician Pat lead tech talked over everything with what to do after and when to wash the glass. He also went even further with cleaning out my floor boards and cowl area under the hood had a lot of pinestraw. Which was a shock to me never had that done after a repair. So 10/10 would recommend and recommend Lead Tech Pat if you can.

  My windshield was replaced during a wkend day. I called the day before and the morning of to check in to make sure the date still work. I was sent a text to let me know when they would be out, about 30 minutes before the time I was sent a reminder and notification they were on the way. It was completed with 2 hours. I really appreciated the notifications and the quick completion of windshield replacement. I would 100% use the again.

  Absolutely wonderful service by Herschel and his team. I can’t speak to the other reviews but after I had a legitimate stone slam into my windshield from a dump truck, I was treated with respect and 5-star service from my technician Pat at Safelite. Scheduling was easy and the text updates were fast and reliable. Great service all around.
