Scheduling online was pretty straightforward, however I was impressed with the communication from the technician Gentry, he first contacted to let me know we are still on schedule for the day, followed up when he was heading my way and contacted me once he got to my house. He even was able to salvage my inspection sticker! All in all great service from start to finish!

Called, and tech said office was supposed to call because wrong glass was shipped. Office said tech was the office responsibility. Office called the next day to say that glass did not come in so canceled. Rescheduled once back home. Totally different story. Glass came in and tech Ean called and was on time. He went above and beyond installing the glass. Very professional and I would rate him a 6 out of 5.

The serviceman was very professional and polite. However we were not aware he had moved the truck. Just make sure you check things after service. Overall very happy with service!
