The staff here made my potentially disastrous monday AM an absolute delight. Cheerful, friendly i swear to god i feel like i went back to the 80s in regard to front desk customer service. I was an idiot and forgot to bring some of my insurance details.instead of treating me like a doof, the women at the front desk were friendly, helpful and gosh.. NICE! In a world of ipads replacing receptionist the human service these folks provide is exceptional. Having to repair a windshield is a bummer enough as it is, was a delightful suprise to be greeted with such excellent service. The mechanic was also cordial, professional and cool.. i had pulled right up, he kindly redirected me tonparkboff to the side and check in at the office first. I felt like an ass and he justifiably could have been like most other mechanics and treated me like an ass - but he didnt. Dont hesitate bringing your car here.at least for me this was a super positive experience.
