A worker named alexander replaced/installed my new front windsheild in 30 minutes, he also gave me a new inspection sticker. He also went above and beyond for putting in a new cabin air filter for me. My booking experience went very smoothly it send me an email to hold my spot for an extra hour. Alexander called me 10 minutes before arriving letting me know he was on the way. I would definitely use safelite again and would most definitely recommend them. I spent 400$ total for a new front windsheild and a cabin air filter.

Instead he admitted heforced them allout and broke them and he "has heen doing this for years" can't bothered to even remove the retaining clips correctly. People cant even apply common sense anymore. Now i have to go to the Fayetteville location and have a senior technician repair all the damaged parts.
