I had the best experience today getting my windshield replaced for my 2017 4Runner. I had service at my Home and it was very prompt. They were on time and it only took less than an hour. I will highly recommend this business for all of your windshield needs!

The repair was completed well before the time frame given to me when I arrived. The staff were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. After repair instructions were clear & were even followed by a text to advise next steps could be taken.

After our appointment was made by our Allstate agent, Safelite was in contact with us immediately with all the details to replace our windshield. Service person contacted us when he was on the way and showed up right on time. Did a fantastic job very quickly. He made sure any of our questions were answered. Will contact them for sure when needed.

So fast and easy - our tech was Katelyn. She gave us a time frame on a Saturday and called to tell us the time she would be there. I even purchased wiper blades to install myself after I got the new windshield and Katelyn offered to put them on for me. Super helpful, very kind and professional, would highly recommend Safelite. Do not use this location unless you are prepared to be dismissed and have your simple requests ignored. The woman at the front desk has no answers to any questions regarding your service. The technicians are rude, and when I inquired about several issues, I was told what I could do in the future instead of using the warranty. It is nearly impossible to reach a person for assistance. The windshield that was installed was dirty and still has a film on it that won't come off. I can clearly see where every sticker or decal was on the glass. My (not aftermarket) dash cam won't stay on now, but somehow, I’m being told that’s my problem. I bought my vehicle brand new, which came with a dash cam, yet your employees insist that I didn’t have one. At the very least, buy me a drink before insulting me.
