Paid my deductible but that shouldn't matter i should've had a new glass the tech was nice but we both didn't notice it till after wards I told them the next day still waiting to hear from the Company I believe if replacement isn't made, its going to crack again .. insurance recommended them i normally use my guy here burley wish I would've just waited for them do the job..next time I'll stick with my guy...

- MEmark eddyAug 27, 20251.0Monkeys replaced the driver's door glass, broke the door panel, and broke the trim piece that holds the window switches. Getting ahold of someone at Safelite is a royal pain. Had to go through my insurance agent to finally get a contact. AT this point, the problem has not been resolved.

The tech was nice, but he left a lot of debris from removing the old windshield on my dash, and didn't attach the rearview mirror correctly. I know it is a challenge because I've had to fix it myself in the past, but he didn't take the time to do it right. Update: I heard a rattling noise coming from my engine, and when I opened the hood I found two plastic cover plates that were not re-attached when the window was replaced. I couldn't believe it! I was traveling and stopped at the nearest Safelite in Oregon. They were great. Took the car right in, and attached the cover plates in their proper place. They told me to have Safelite in my home town fix the rearview mirror, so I'll do that when I get back home. I will probably never use them again after this whole experience.
