    The experience I had with Safelight was an easy 10/10! The process to schedule an appointment was a breeze. The technician was on time, friendly, and very educating on how the repair process works! He made sure I knew of any potential issues that could go wrong as well which was great! Overall, not just a great repair, but an incredible experience!

    I requested my windshield to be replaced with original parts, on the phone. Safelite told me that the insurance approved my request and I’m gonna be responsible for only $100 deductible. I received several messages to confirm the appointment and tell me that I only have to pay $100 deductible on the appointment day they ask for almost $1000 because my insurance denied the request for the original part. That was not a nice surprise. They drag my feet to do the work with them and then they ask for almost a $1000. This is not an honest business. In addition, The lady at the front desk, which claimed that her name is Lisa (not wearing any name tag) was very rude and keep repeating herself without listening to the customers, she should be trained properly for Customer Service. my recommendation to other customers that they should have everything in writing to avoid this verbal BS.
