BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING OR NO SERVICE ON ARRIVAL FOR VEHICLES OVER 10 YRS OLD...THEY WILL ACTUALLY PULL YOUR WINDSHIELD AND IF THERE IS SURFACE RUST ON ANY EXPOSED SURFACE, NOT EVEN THE WINDSHIELD MATING SURFACE, LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED AND WINDSHIELD INSTALLED ELSEWHERE AT YOUR EXPENSE...THIS IS ILLEGAL AND THEY NEED TO HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BROUGHT AGAINST THEM FOR THIS PRACTICE AS BASICALLY THEY HAVE EXPOSED YOUR CARS INTERIOR TO THE ELEMENTS IN FLORIDA AT THIS POINT AND LEAVE YOU NO OTHER OPTION BUT A BIGGER BILL, WHICH THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR LEGALLY OR CHARGED WITH A CRIME SIMILAR TO VANDALISM OF PERSONAL PROPERTY... Zack was professional & offered to install my new wipers I had during my windsheild replacement. He put my oil change sticker & sunpass back on the new windsheil. I appreciate the friendly, fast service and the attention to detail. Waiting area was clean with coffee and a restroom.

That tech verified before he came he had the right windshield. They were transparent professional and friendly.

- JAJayne AllenOct 31, 20255.0i was extremely hesitant about using this place based on all the negative reviews about appointments being canceled or having to be rescheduled after their vehicle was dropped off or some kind of damage being done to the car but they exceeded my expectations. I expected to wait at least 2 to 3 hours after dropping my car off and had no intentions to wait because of how long it was going to take so I dropped my car off at 1pm, got the text they were started with it at 1:13pm and had just gotten home at 1:45 when they were Done with my car and that includes recalibrating because I have a 2024 Toyota Corolla. I had no issues with my insurance. I had to pay nothing out-of-pocket the gentleman before asked me if I had any questions told me it would take about an hour and a half and the lady afterwards explained the precautions I needed to take following my new windshield. Overall, it was an amazing experience and exceeded my expectations
