    Absolute worst service ever I have a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and I need a new front windshield my insurance company told me to go to Safelite so we did they came out to my house to replace it after the gentleman put it in he could not calibrate the window back to the truck so he told me that he would have another tech with That afternoon so I Paid my deductible and waited for the technician to show up instead they rescheduled me for the following week they took the money from my account for my deductible the second technician came out told me I had to go to the Safelite office to have it done so I did that four times they were unable to calibrate my window so they sent me two Jeep to have it done and they said go to jeep have them call us and we will pay for it when Jeep called them they said they had refunded my deductible which they had so I paid Jeep The $278 to get my truck back mind you my deductible is only 250 after I left Jeep Safelite charged me $250 more when we called and talk to the customer care center for Safelite auto they told me that they would get my money back we had already sent the receipt for Jeep and they said they would deal with it later that day they charged me another $250 and I have been fighting with them Ever since to try to get my money back this has been going on for about a month I finally got confirmation today that The $278 that I paid the Jeep on October 24 they are finally gonna refund it to me on 17 November it’s funny how they can keep taking your money as quick as they can get it but it takes them weeks to get it back I do not recommend going to Safelite auto definitely if you have a jeep I would not go there every visit to their office I sat for a minimum of three hours for a procedure that They told me would take 30 minutes good luck if you choose to go

    My car was going to be with my husband out of town. And we were able to find a shop in the location where he would be at. They were able to come directly to the hotel to take care of our car. Very efficient and seamless.

    Dylan the technician I had due to a reschedule was an answer to my prayers. He was prompt, friendly, honest and knowledgeable as to what was needed to take care of my replacement per what it needed. He was diligent towards providing what was needed. Which is what was truly needed for the repair and windshield placement. He treated my repair as if it were his own vehicle. Thank you! Also due to the rescheduling due to a mishap I was given a discount without hesitation that was impressive. Thank you for all who handled my work order👍😊
