This has been the worst experience with Safelite. The store in Little Rock replaced my rear window and broke the lift arm and now my tail gate will not open. The tech called the store manager that day and the manager said he has ordered the part and will call us when it comes in and to schedule a new time to get it installed. Got a call from them and set a date for the repairs. On the day of repairs the repair tech drove 3 hours from Louisiana and arrived without the part. He called the store manager in Little Rock and they failed to inform him that he was replacing a part and that they were still waiting on the part. When the tech tried to open the tailgate it was stuck and will not open. The store manager informed us to take it to Toyota to get an estimate to get it fixed. I had to get a rental car for the days that Toyota had to keep it, and brought the estimate back to Safelite in Little Rock. It is a $900 repair and I have yet to hear back from the store manager on what to do next. This has been going on for close to 6 weeks on a brand new 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander. I have reached out to the store manager, customer service representatives AND the Regional Director Lola. They keep telling me that they sent them emails to contact me and left my email and phone number, and it would be 48 hours before I hear something. Well its been 6 weeks and nothing. This has been the poorest service I have ever experienced from the regional director down. If this does not get resolved soon, I have been extremely patient, then I have no choice to call 7 on your side, the Small Business Administration, Secretary of State and take legal action. There is no reason why this is taking so long to resolve or to be given any updates. Lets see if this will take 48 hours to respond to as well.

Sketchy place. My insurance referred me to them they quoted me 200 dollars above other stores. When I refused the obvious inflated price, they punished me by sending a quote to my insurance that is under the market price by 200 dollars, making me handle the difference. Do everyone a favor and stay out of this rip-off business.

The technician only repaired a rock chip when I asked for rain repellent along with the rock chip being filled. The rain repellent is approximately $45. I was charged and I paid for it. The technician never called, texted, or knocked on my door to tell me he didn’t do this service. It took multiple phone calls to get my money back. The manager of the technician never called me back after multiple requests.

Great location! Great service and a clean shop. My vehicle requires extra steps when replacing the windshield due to cameras & calibrations, and the service was still completed much quicker than expected. Most definitely recommend this shop.
