- TMTyler Melodia2 days ago5.0Isaiah was my technician. I scheduled a repair initially, but realized the crack was too large and went with the replacement option. Isaiah contacted me promptly the morning of the appointment and showed up on time. He explained everything in detail and assured the replacement would be done in 90 minutes. I am from a county in Pennsylvania where 2 inspection stickers are required, which Isaiah took care of preserving and placing on my new windshield. He was professional and took pride on his work. I would be the first to admit, some of the reviews left me "worried" but everything went very well and everything was completed properly and promptly. I highly recommend.

I have been physically there on 5 occasions driving over 70 miles for each visit and each time I get asked what the problem is by their technicians as if they don’t make notes esp for a returning car. After 5 visits they still came to my place twice making it 7x with both technicians not even sure why and what they were sent to my home to repair. Finally they said they needed to order a part. I was told they had the part and scheduled me for 8/12/2025. Can you believe nobody showed up only to be told they don’t have the part after I stayed home and up after a 12 hour night shift waiting for them. This is the most ridiculous, pathetic and unprofessional service I have ever had to experience in my life. I asked to talk to the manager on several occasions and I kept getting excuses. It’s not even about a problem with the replacement but how they have gone about it. I won’t recommend them to anyone especially the Midlothian branch. Now I am looking into it if I can sue them!
