There is a fuse missing and there were two panels taken off and left in the engine. Whatever they did caused the windshield wipers to malfunction and there have been terrible storms lately. I was driving with my mother in the car and thankfully we were close to home because the windshield wipers malfunctioned and didn't work. I had to drive home without them as I didn't have a choice to leave the vehicle. The negligence of this establishment put myself and my family in danger. This is all after the day he dropped off his car for an 8 am appointment and not until 2 pm did they tell him it's not a "real" appointment, and they may not get to the car at all. I don't understand the point of telling someone to drop their car off for an appointment that doesn't exist. Do not go to this location and good luck to those who do.
