Beyond awful. They replaced my windshield a couple years ago. They destroyed two pieces of trim when they did - they refused to replace them because I had already paid, so screw me. Cost me over $100 to replace them. Also, good luck calling them literally all the options tell you to go to their website and then hang up on you. Complete bullshit.

My windshield got hit with a rock in the top of window in the black part so I didn't notice until my windshield started cracking. I called my insurance company and they sent me here to Safelite. The staff was super friendly and informative. They told me 2-3 hours to replace it and recalibrate my vehicle, and they held true to their timeframe. I highly recommend them.

Inconsistent prices and poor quality windshield. When figuring self pay I was quoted around $600, when I decided to go through my insurance that price somehow climbed to over $1k 🤨 got the first windshield installed and it was warped within my field of vision so I had a replacement scheduled. The second windshield was even worse to the point where it feels like I'm looking in a fun house mirror. Both windshields were the cheap Fuyao brand. When asked why it wasn't replaced with OEM, I was informed that my insurance didn't pay for it. At over 1k price point, one would think that would cover a legitimate, high quality windshield. If you are wanting a professional job with a quality windshield, just take the extra few days and go through a dealership.
