The only recommendation I could have would be to have replacement windows or parts when an appointment is scheduled. Other than that, first class folks at the North Augusta site. Quick, easy and efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes for a driver side window replacement and 3 people got their vehicles taken care of while I was waiting for mine to be ready.

I'm assuming it was just a bad day for that particular technician. I've had excellent service at this location in the past, but at this time I cannot recommend it. I will be returning tomorrow to try and sort it out.
