- TSTim Shepherd5 days ago2.0I understand that there are circumstances beyond everyone’s control. But this whole experience was horrible. Dropped off at their building the moment they opened. I was told to have it there at 930 but got there at 8. I received a message it was getting worked on around noon. Was called around 4 to say that the program was down to recalibrate the computer to the new windshield. Would not be done today. Had to bring it right back down the next morning (This is an hour away from my house) and was there when they opened. Now the internet was down. Did not seem like it was a huge priority. Over three hours later I was finally done. Just a huge inconvenience. Not one person said “We are so sorry about the issues”. I understand that there are issues beyond anyone’s control but Jesus, how about a little courtesy with all of the inconvenience. $1100 price seemed excessive (Safelite just put a windshield in my Challenger last year for $480) but this was a new vehicle.

The Technician who repaired our windshield was on time, and was very Professional yet friendly in his interaction and communication. We are very pleased with the results and will use SAFELITE again in the future.

Told me it would be a week before it would come in so TWO WEEKS later I call and I was supposed to get a call back that day. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN so I called two days later they said it would be in on Tuesday and they would call me to schedule something the next day So here it is THURSDAY AND I’m calling them. The Customer Service and Professionalism is Trash. I should have went with GLASS AMERICA like I did with my Back Windshield replacement!!!!
