- JAJames Adams3 days ago1.0Twice in a row Safelite has forced me to go outside my insurance companys network. I guess for most people their experience has been okay. I'm going to find an insurance company that doesn't use Safelite. I believe they are swamped due to the closing of the other Safelite location in NE ABQ and will use any excuse to blow off servicing your vehicle. Am giving feedback to USAA.
- GMGarrett MasseySep 5, 20251.0We got a quote saying it would be a little over $500 for a windshield replacement, and then the morning of the appointment we were told we would owe over $900 instead. The quote said it would be an extra charge to calibrate the sensor in the vehicle, which is fine, but they should have been upfront about how much that charge would be. It’s ridiculous that they want to charge nearly double for that.

This was a GEICO insurance claim and I was very satisfied with Safelite and Alfred’s help to quickly resolve my issues and repair my rear hatch window in my Jeep Cherokee.
- RARaul AguilarAug 20, 20251.0Horrible customer service. Had an appointment scheduled between 12-5 so I waited all day. I contacted the customer service at 4:20 and was told technician would contact me in a couple minutes. Technician calls back at 5pm claiming to have called me at 12:10 pm, but I never received a call. Manager calls and says he has the call log and can confirm, but my call log says different. Instead of providing a solution, manager wanted to schedule an appointment for next week. Would not recommend to anyone.
