  Needed the windshield replaced on my truck after the small crack id let ride for months started turning into Charlotte's webb on my windshield. It got so bad i actually got lit up by law enforcement and cited for it, a fix it ticket though that i had court for on a Wednesday. I had scheduled a mobile appointment the Tuesday before court that i had booked the previous week on Thursday out of the West Chester shop. Someone, we dont know who, decided it would be FUN to not only secretly reschedule my appointment out of a different shop, but also quietly change my appointment from mobile to in shop, and NOT notify me. This really screwed me BIG TIME because when Tuesday morning came and went i was told i had done a no call no show and was confused when i was told i had an in shop appointment at the West Side shop. I tried to get either a in shop or mobile appointment at either shop then because i still had to have it fixed for court the next day but by then it was on such short notice neither shop could do it. I was PISSED 🔥 🤬🔥. The West Side shop manager, Beau, was very sympathetic to my situation and sense of urgency. Not only did he personally see to it that a totally different shop in Columbus(where i had to be the next morning) would be able to accommodate me on short notice, but he also made sure to give me a damned good discount for the mistake and confusion even though it wasnt his fault or his shop's fault ! I was able to fit in last minute in Columbus and get fixed up for almost a fraction of the normal price and showed up for court and got the ticket dismissed successfully!!!! Me and Beau made a gentleman's handshake on this, and he came thru for me big time. Promises made promises kept.

  I had a great experience at safelite, the technician was kind and professional. My windshield was replaced in less time than expected. I will definitely recommend them to someone else.

  Five cars were broken into in my parking lot. I drove to my Midas garage to ask who they recommended for window replacement. The gentleman there told me about Safelite and explained how to get there. When I arrived, I was treated with respect and compassion. Glass was vacuumed out and clear plastic was taped over the opening. An appointment was made. At the appointment, once again, I was treated with respect and compassion. The window was replaced quickly and the cost was much less than anticipated. I highly recommend this business.

  Extremely professional and the two workers I encountered at the Western Hills/Bridgetown Safelite on Glenway had very professional and positive attitudes. Dropped car off at 8:00 a.m. and picked up by 9:30. With a busy life, that was a HUGE plus.

  Third time's the charm. Had my appointment rescheduled from Friday to Monday due to a crack in the new windshield discovered when it came from the warehouse. On Monday the tech showed up and started to work but quickly discovered this windshield was cracked as well so we had to reschedule again. Safelite should find a way to keep the inventory closer to the work so a warehouse snafu doesn't force a reschedule. Twice.
