- TRTJ RolloAug 6, 20251.0I made an appointment through the 1-800 number. They told me the appointment was at 0900, the local store had it at 0800. I showed up at 0845 and was turned away. The employee was rude and unprofessional. He said he just moved on to other appointments and by shifting those appointments into my slot, he still didn't have any openings later in the day. So because of the mix-up, I made his day much more productive and screwed me over. He had my phone number and didn't want to call and check on my status. So much for a small business, quality has dropped off significantly here. I don't think that their misscheduling over the phone and mismanagement in the office should affect me when we have opportunities to come together and get in the middle.
