  The tech, Deven no showed for my appointment on Thursday and didn’t even bother to call so I sat and waited for 5 hours for no reason. I tracked down the shop on Friday and the front desk person rescheduled me for Monday. She promised a different tech would come out and that they would call at 12:00 to provide me with a more precise time so I didn’t wait around for 5 hours again. Not only did that not happen but the email confirmation states that the same no show tech, Deven is supposed to be my tech again. Find a different shop to take care of your windshield. This one will leave you hanging and lie to your face.

  I went in needing my windshield replaced, scheduling was fast online, the store was open before my appointment (7:00am) and the total time for service was less than 50 minutes. It was as seamless as I could have hoped. The tech knew his craft, and came out so we could talk about the process and about what I needed taken off my old windshield and put back on. Very clear communication, will use them again.

  I got my smart windshield replaced in Spokane, WA. (I wish we had a local Safelite shop in my city so that I didn’t have to travel 3 hours to the Spokane shop.) That said, I was very pleased with the service at the Spokane location. The technician, Scott, was on top of everything and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Our new windshield looks just like the original one and the service was timely and very professional.
