When it was apparent at 5 pm today that they were a no show, I was able to find out that no technician had been assigned. Prior to that I wasn’t able to reach anyone as the automated text kept saying someone was coming. Totally unacceptable. Will never use this company again, and am furious that we wasted the last day of our vacation on this.
