Only reason I couldn't give them a 5 star is because it's very difficult to get ahold of an actual live person, as it seems to be nationwide automated service. That can get annoying and frustrating. But otherwise, our experience was great!

He drove to my location (Holland), found a flaw in the replacement, drive back to the shop, then completed the install. Him taking all that time for a flaw (that I wasn't able to find when I looked at the glass) to save me from later issues shows such integrity and attention to detail. Really just an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I'd give more stars if I could.

The work was done expeditiously. Vehicle was returned clean and with all applicable stickers/passes accurately positioned on the new windshield. I will be using Safelite again for any future repair/replacement work.
